Safety regulations 
Safety comes as standard, obviously that’s the name of the game, but
we can provide a faster, more efficient and cost effective package that
allows you to get on with your job with minimum hassle.
We can provide complete peace of mind as FNUK only supply and
install safety netting systems in accordance with BS/EN 1263 –
1&2: 2002,
vertical edge protection to BS/EN
13374:2004 and adhere to the BS 8437: 2005 code of practise for working at
height.
All fall protection engineers are fully trained (FASET, CITB, IRATA,
CSCS) with a minimum of 3 years experience, therefore we can offer a
quality of service difficult to surpass.
Under the requirements of the Health and Safety Executive PPE Regulations
and HSG 33, netting, when used as a safety system, should only be installed
and monitored by competent personnel. As a minimum, all FNUK
fall protection
engineers meet the following criteria
- FASET Rigging qualification
- Construction Skills
Certification Scheme
- CITB qualified
- IPAF MEWPS Scissors and
boom
In addition, we have
a number of specialist staff experienced in vertical edge protection
systems, and a number of professional industrial climbers trained up to
IRATA level 3:
